Dr Hazel Wallace, founder of The Food Medic, is an NHS medical doctor, registered nutritionist (ANutR), and best-selling author. She also hosts the podcast The Food Medic where she speaks to experts and thought leaders on topics of nutrition, health, and mindset.

Alan Flanagan
Researcher
Alan holds a PhD in nutrition from the University of Surrey, having completed his Masters’ degree in nutrition science at the same institution. Alan is the founder of Alinea Nutrition, an online education hub dedicated to providing impartial, science-based nutrition reviews and analysis. Alan is also Research Communication Officer for Sigma Nutrition, creating educational resources on nutrition research topics.

Kristen Holmes
Research, Education, and Product Innovation
Kristen drives scientific research and product innovation by engaging with industry-leading researchers and partners to better understand individual and team biometric and performance data across high stakes verticals. Kristen also works with hundreds of the best tactical, professional, surgical teams, and NCAA Athletes/Teams in the world helping them interpret WHOOP data to optimize training, recovery, and sleep behavior.

Chloe Tulip
Doctoral Research Student
Chloe is a 4th year doctoral student at Swansea University, specialising in the Psychology of Sleep. Her research focus on improving sleep for people living with Dementia and understanding the role of sleep in Vascular Dementia. With a passion for healthy sleep, Chloe is dedicated to helping people achieve better rest and improve their overall wellbeing.
