New Year, New Mindset: Building Health and Fitness Habits That Last

When we talk about the new year, one word often comes to mind: resolutions. Whether you hate or love the tradition, for many people, a new year is a fresh start – an opportunity to try something new or work towards a goal that you’ve set yourself.

But where do you start? How do you sustain it beyond January? And how do you focus on what’s right for you versus what everyone else is doing?

We got your back.

Welcome to the first of a series of educational webinars hosted by Dr Hazel Wallace, founder of The Food Medic, and three different experts each month.

To kick start the new year we are focusing on how to successfully build health and fitness habits that last by providing you with tools to help you make, and stick to, new habits beyond January and help you approach your goals in a way that offers you the greatest chance at achieving them.

This 2 hour webinar covered:

  • Behaviour change and the psychology of building habits.
  • How to approach specific and general fitness goals in order to get results
  • Building positive nutrition habits and improving your relationship with food.
