About our Speakers

 

Ariana Rodriguez

Ariana is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor and Registered Yoga Teacher best known for her zest for life, approachable nature and being the co-founder of Embody Health London and Founder of In Alignment Coaching. She is also an Embodied Recovery Coach, CBT-E and EFT trained dietitian and holds a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Diploma. Her goal is to move people away from guilt and shame towards a positive relationship with food and their bodies, in order to live a rich and fulfilling life.

Dr Natalie Chua

Natalie is a clinical psychologist and somatic psychotherapist specialising in the treatment of trauma, eating disorders, and disordered eating. She is passionate about bringing integrative, accessible, and human centred mental health care and wellbeing to the world. Natalie is also a certified mindful self-compassion and yoga teacher, and author and speaker on embodiment, trauma and eating disorder recovery, women’s empowerment, self-compassion, and sacred femininity. She has led many well received workshops and retreats internationally.

Dr Hazel Wallace

Dr Hazel Wallace is the founder of The Food Medic, medical doctor, registered nutritionist (ANutR), personal trainer and best-selling author. Her most recent book ‘The Female Factor: Making Women’s Health Count and What it Means for You’ is a comprehensive guide to understanding women’s health across the life-stages.
