Here is where you will find out most frequently asked questions.

How do I access my purchase?

Once you have checked out, you should be redirected to set a password and create an account. From there, you will be taken to your member's dashboard where you will find all of your purchases and can watch your recordings.

If you didn't set a password, head over to our login page, select Forgot Password > enter the email address you used to make your purchase. You will then receive an email to reset your password and access your account.

If you have any problems accessing your account, please email us at [email protected], telling us the email address you used for your purchase and any other information to help us locate your account.

I've not received a confirmation email for my purchase.

Did you check the subscribe box when you checked out?

If you did, please check your spam folder. These typically arrive shortly after purchase but if you haven't received anything within a few hours post-purchase, please email us at webinars@thefoodmedic.co.uk

If you didn't tick the box, unfortunately under GDPR regulations, we aren't able to send you emails without your permission. To opt in and receive these, please visit our subscription page and enter your details, along with which webinar you purchased and we will resend your confirmation email.

I entered the wrong email address when I completed my purchase.

We can update this for you. Email us at [email protected] with the email address you used to place your order, along with details of the correct email address.

I've changed my mind, can I have a refund?

All sales are final so once you have completed and placed your order, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Do you offer a student discount?

Yes, students can get £5 off the ticket price. Please email [email protected] with a picture of your student ID to redeem your student discount code.

How do I request my CPD certificate?

If you have purchased a recording and watching back in The Food Medic library, once you have completed the video or clicked the button 'mark complete', the certificate will automatically be sent out to you by email.

Do I need to be a health professional to watch the webinars?

All of our webinars are suitable for both health professionals and non-health professionals. If you are a health professional, our webinars count as 2 hours of CPD.

A goodie bag was mentioned in my webinar, will I receive one?

Goodie bags are sent to those who attend the live event only. You can find out whether we have a live webinar planned here and we’d love you to join us!

Can I have a VAT receipt?

We do not charge VAT for our webinars so we don't generate VAT receipts.
