Endometriosis is the second most common gynaecological condition in the UK. It affects 1 in 10 women and people assigned female at birth. Despite how common it is, research in endometriosis remains underfunded and under-researched - which leaves those affected often feeling very unsupported and unsure how to support themselves. The aim of this webinar is to alleviate some of that confusion by clarifying what the science currently shows and discussing dietary misconceptions when it comes to eating with endometriosis.

In this webinar, we want to provide answers to your questions and help you to understand:

  • How diet can play a role in the management of endometriosis.
  • Dietary misconceptions when it comes to endometriosis.
  • How to support yourself or a client living with endometriosis through diet and nutrition.

  • When it is appropriate to consider professional dietetic and nutrition support.
