Dr Sarah Murphy

Sarah is a doctor working in obstetrics and gynaecology living in Dublin. She has a special interest in women’s health, including exercise and nutrition and their role in female wellbeing.

Claire Pettitt (RD)

Claire Pettitt MSc RD is a UK & Singapore Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist, whose passion is promoting evidence-based nutrition and helping people have a healthy relationship with food and their bodies.

Claire has a wealth of experience in the UK National Health Service helping people with health issues such as IBS, supporting women with PCOS and fertility challenges from conception, through pregnancy and postpartum, and her main love is to help people improve their physical and mental health through Intuitive and Mindful eating.

Dr Thivi Maruthappu

Dr Thivi is an experienced Consultant Dermatologist in London, she has pioneered the field of Nutritional Dermatology and is passionate about evidence-based nutrition. Her research is based at King’s College, London where she works closely with Nutritionists and Dietitians to understand the relationship between nutrition and the skin
